Become A Clinic Member

What is a Clinic membership?

The clinic needs community members to keep in touch with the needs of its community and to support the work of the clinic through knowledge sharing and advocacy. Clinic membership is not the same as being a Board Member.

There are no specific requirements in becoming a clinic member other than the minimal $2.00 annual membership fee. Also note that the fee must be received by our office no later than July 31st in order to be eligible to vote at the next Annual General Meeting in September.

Membership privileges include:

  • share in new ideas with the clinic in matters of community needs
  • nominate new Board Members and participate in the voting process during the Annual General Meeting
  • submit a candidacy to become a Board Member as knowledge of clinic work and current issues are an asset
  • members will receive our annual newsletters and invitations to clinic events and forums

We encourage community participation to maximize resources while ensuring growth and prosperity to all in need.
