Become A Volunteer

Gain valuable experience while making an impact on the lives of people
in your community.

The Windsor-Essex Bilingual Legal Clinic is a not-for-profit corporation funded by Legal Aid Ontario. Due to government funding limitations, clinics are rarely afforded the opportunity to hire extra staff to meet the growing needs of our community members. Therefore clinics rely considerably on the joint efforts of genuine and hard working volunteers.

Although volunteers do not work directly with clients, their time contribution and assistance greatly benefit the smooth operations of our growing services including special outreach events and public forums. Our Executive Director will be able to schedule suitable activities for each individual volunteer.

A confidentiality waiver must be read and signed by all accepted volunteer positions before their start date and a police clearance may be required.
